Strategy Session Briefing

Welcome. This is not a "discovery call." This is your Initial Strategy & Architecture Briefing.

This private, 30-minute session with Demetrice "Coach D" Etheridge is designed to accomplish one primary objective: to conduct a rapid, high-level assessment of your current strategic position against your stated objectives, and to diagnose the single biggest vulnerability in your architecture.

Briefing Agenda

  1. 1.State of the Union

A concise review of your current position, key objectives, and the results you are currently seeing.

  2. 2.Obstacle Identification

We will isolate the primary bottleneck—be it a lack of Digital Presence, a need for Client Authority, or a flawed Legacy Architecture—that is preventing you from reaching your next level.

  3. 3.Pathfinder Assessment

Based on our assessment, we will determine if a collaboration is viable and which of my three core strategic services is the correct solution to achieve your desired outcome.

Rules of Engagement

My services are not for everyone. They are designed for leaders and professionals who understand that systems, strategy, and disciplined execution are the only variables for success. There is no hard sell. If your objective aligns with one of my core services, I will present the path forward. If not, I will give you my best professional guidance on your next steps.

Every second on this clock is capital. Spent with a system, it compounds into authority, clients, and legacy. Spent without one, it's gone. Book your briefing and put the remainder of this year to work.

Demetrice 'Coach D' Etheridge

I spent 24 years in the U.S. Navy. My role as a Communications Officer wasn't about following orders; it was about designing and executing strategic systems under pressure. The only lesson that mattered was this: systems win. Not hustle. Not hope.

For the past 15 years, I've applied that same military discipline to the world of digital strategy, building my own firm, FLHG Management Group, on results and personal referrals.

Now, I do for my clients what I did for the Navy: I architect systems. Systems that get you clients, establish your authority, and build your legacy. I don't teach theory. I install what works.

Execute with discipline.

A Note on Strategy & Results

The outcomes discussed on this page and in our session are the result of disciplined execution of a proven strategic framework. They are for illustrative purposes and do not represent a guarantee of future results. Your success is contingent upon your commitment to implementing the system. My role is to provide the architecture; your role is to build.
